transfer subscribers

    I recently transferred my blog from wordpress.com to www.remarpro.com but still need to transfer my subscribers.
    I read in another topic that a happiness engineer will have to do this transfer. I would be so happy if you could spare a moment to do this for me. Thank you very much. My domain was and is babykaos.dk.
