Switching hosts an domain

I have www.remarpro.com through hub and they told me my site is getting too much traffic so they shut down my site completely. They sent me a file with it on there and that is all I have. I worked so hard. So now I want to transfer the entire thing to .com and I can’t figure out how to do that. I have worked so hard on all of this and they just shut me down. It is only 2 months old.

Please, if anyone can help me figure out how to properly transfer my files I would be greatful.
