[Plugin: Q2W3 Post Order] Automatic Sorting

Is there any way to have this plugin automatically sort posts marked as “sticky” to the top of their category? We have novice end-users adding content to the site and I would like to make it as pain-free as possible when dealing with sticky posts. I know there are other plugins that do this, but unfortunately, they all conflict with another key plugin that I’ve installed (Recent Posts Plus).
