Many others have claimed this again but it seems I’m having this because of a different problem.

When I click on a single event I get a
Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects.

    Uninstall, reinstall, reset didn’t work.
My guess is that there is a problem with the Slugs.
https://www.mydomain.org/events/ is displayed fine with the list of the events.

    I current have permalinks in
    Custom Structure /%category%/%postname%/
    and I also use buddypress.

    Thanks

  • how about if you create brand new pages and assign those as new event pages? you can call them whatever you want to begin with, reassign them in EM settings, and test them out, just to see if it works.

Then, you can rename the slugs etc. of these pages and make them children of the events page, hopefully it’ll still work.

Not sure if understand correctly. You mean each event to have a new page (and slug of course).

If i’m correct you can only assign the total events page (all of them with the search), categories and locations and not the single events eg:
    https://www.example.org/events/party/

So I don’t know if that’s possible or just don’t know how to do it.

Also if I create new events, they’re not displayed as well
I changed “Display events as:” from Post to Pages and nothing.

have you tried deactivating other plugins and/or using the twentyeleven theme and also resave your permalinks when doing the above, to see if this gets it showing?
