[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Yoast Seo – Visual Editor Conflict

  • Hello, I have this setup

    WordPress version:3.4.2

    WordPress SEO version: 1.2.8.5

    Theme: Templatic Real Estate V2

    Installed Yoast SEO V 1.2.8.5 and visual editor gets broken when plugin is active. Cannot switch between visual and html editor. Just a blank screen… the text is there but not visible.

    Followed advice from other members and downgraded to version 1.2.8.4 but problem persists. If disable everything gets back to normal.

    Can anyone give a help?

    Do you have any caching plugin like WP Super Cache ? Did you purge your browser cache (I know it’s basic…)
    I delete the wordpress-seo folder and manually reinstall the 1.2.8.4 version, everything works fine.

    After the last update I have the same problem. The setting SEO displays an error:
    Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /home/tomlight/public_html/www.galeria-fotostrefa.pl/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/admin/class-metabox.php on line 665
