Change Colour of Text in Blog Response

Can you link the webpage in which this text is?

In this case, the text to change colour is: “HJ on ….. said”. Any ideas how to do this? Thanks.

Try adding this CSS to your Child Theme stylesheet

.comment-meta .fn {
 color: #000;
}

Change the value to your desire.

You’d probably benefit from using Google Chrome’s Inspect Element tool, whereby you can right click on page elements, select ‘Inspect element’ and instantly view the CSS applied.

Okay, thanks, that works for the responders name. I’ve used Firebug to find the relevent code for the word “says” and “on” and have added the following code to change the colour:

.comment-meta .says {
	color: #483a2b;
}
.comment-author.vcard {
	color: #483a2b;
}
