How to move from old server to new server after purchase of domain and blog?

  • Just purchased a domain name and its included WP blog but can not figure out exactly how to get it working on my server.

    I want to keep the exact same blog and all the past posts (which I now own).

    How do I save or change all the settings and setup the mysql data base on my server? Any help is greatly appreciated.
