Logged in and Logged out at the SAME TIME – landing page woes

  • I’m working on updating my site and have set up a landing page to keep things neat.

    However, when I try to check my work I only see the landing page. If I log in again through the landing page I get back to the dashboard (of course) and from there can still only access the landing page when I click to go to the site.

    I’ve turned off all plugins except the one for the landing page.
    I have tried using the TwentyTen theme.
    I have tried different browsers.
    I have cleared the cookies on my system.
    I have cleared the cache on my system.
    I have tried different plugins.
    I have reset the plugins folder.
    No change.

    The landing page plugin has worked in the past, but before working on my site today, I updated to the newest version of WP, maybe that’s a factor?

    Can anyone help me on this please?

    Ultimate Landing Page Pro (active)
    Simple “Coming soon” And “Under construction” (inactive)

    Actually all of my plugins that I thought could be a factor are inactive…

    ? Bulletproof Security
    ? Page Links To
    ? W3 Total Cache

    I’m thinking now there could be something weird going on with the htaccess file maybe? But that’s an area I’m not very familiar with…
