Podpress, get 404 error on …/feed/podcast/

  • If you use the default-Permalink https://www.davemondo.com/?feed=podcast then you will get the error message: “ERROR: podcast is not a valid feed template.”. One reason for this message is that you have not activated the feed with the slug name podcast or that a feed with this slug name does not exists.
    You can control both things in the section podPress Feeds on the Feed/iTunes Settings page of podPress.
    When you rename or activate such a podPress Feed then you need also to save the Permlink settings once more.
