Thanks so much for creating this plugin! It’s something I’ve been hoping would be developed for the last few months.

I’m hoping you can help me out with one issue I am having. It seems that every lead that is submitted via Gravity Forms to my Infusionsoft account is marked as “Non-Marketable” – even if I have an opt-in condition set.

I dug through the plugin code and it looks like there is something in there to pass in the “permission reason” – but I don’t know how to specify the reason to pass through.

Could you give me some guidance on how to get this information to pass through so that the leads are marketable when they are submitted?

Thanks in advance for your help!

    James

Thanks for letting me know about this. I just released an update that fixes this issue (Version 1.1).

Please rate the plugin on the plugin page and spread the word!

Awesome Zack! Just tested and it is coming in as a single opt-in. Huge thanks for developing the new version to correct the issue.

I have just set op a new integration using Gravity Forms (version 1.6.4.5.4) and Gravity Forms Infusionsoft Add-On (Version 1.5.2) and I have the same issue. All emails are “non marketable”.

Has the bug resurfaced or is it because I’m not currently using the newest version of GF?

    Cheers Henrik
