I deleted it using ftp like the guy above, now my site works but of course I don’t have the plugin I paid you for installed anymore.

This message has crashed my site that I am building through wordpress. I am not computer language literate and don’t know short code language and such, but I do know that my site that I have nearly completed is no longer accessible to me. Please help.
