[Plugin: Subscribe2] Auto Subscribed Users from My Personal Email

    I recently moved my website over to a new server. Afterward, my posts continued to be emailed out as usual per post, but I started receiving tons of emails asking to Unsubscribe.

    2 issues here:

    1) A whole bunch of people were added to the list, somehow. I realize that these people were in my email (Gmail) contacts, but were definitely not added to the Subscribe2 database by me. How did this happen? As a result, people are clicking the “Spam” button on me, ruining the credibility of my site.

    2) There is no UNSUBSCRIBE button on these emails being sent out. Please add this feature.

    1/ No idea, there is no code in Subscribe2 that could connect to your GMail contacts and import those users as subscribers.

    2/ This is not directly possible BUT you can insert a link to the page that handles subscriptions and unsubscriptions on your site at the bottom of the email template at Subscribe2->Settings.
