• Hey folks, I’m doing my best to find a quality appointment scheduling plugin, but I’m coming up short.

I’ve found a few that could work, but not quite as intuitive as my client’s needs are. Does anyone know of a plugin (free or premium) that allows visitors to book an appointment through a calendar-like interface? The icing on the cake here would be if it was all done through AJAX so that the visitor wouldn’t have to go to another page.

It would be a bonus if this plugin came with the ability for the visitor to pay online beforehand, but it’s not a requirement.

Any tips, hints, or suggestions welcome – thanks!

This might be useful if you haven’t tried it already.

Yeah that was one of the first ones I came across. I installed it and started to tinker around with it, and it’s a very solid plugin.

The downside is that it’s maybe a little overkill. I don’t want users to HAVE to register and sign up and enter in payment information if they don’t want. A plugin that allows an unregistered user to book an appointment would be ideal.

    Great suggestion though, thank you!

This is a wonderful article I just came across:

I’ve already started playing around with BookFresh and ClickBook. Will report back my findings.

    @ cmegown,

Here is something you might also find really useful. I use it for my nutrition practice. TuneNGo.com and works awesome.

My members have a very very easy way to register (I understand you don’t want them to register, but how else can you get the contact information you need) and yes you can take upfront payments if you desire for your appointments, which takes the risk out of your business.

best of all, it loads right on your wordpress website with a small piece of code they provide. Anyway, works very well for me, and I love it. Free is a great price these day! ??

    Best of luck!

I have just released a booking plugin that works with WooCommerce & can be used for scheduling classes, courses, appointments, etc. You can have a look at it here:

[ link redacted, see below ]

It allows you to capture the Booking Date & Booking Time for each product thereby allowing your WooCommerce store to effectively function as a Booking system. It is the first booking plugin that is FULLY INTEGRATED with WooCommerce.

@ashokrane – please do not use these forums to advertise or promote your commercial plugin – posting repeatedly in outdated threads is outside “helping out” here.
