last viewed footer tab, can do?

noticed this great “last viewed” footer tab on this page.
https://www.lorextechnology.com/security-dvr-and-surveillance-dvr/Edge-Series-stand-alone-security-DVR/SER10004.plook at bottom of page after you view a couple of pages on the site.
is there a plugin or hack to create such on my blog?
I can do a footer, I can place, but I don’t know how to show/hide the entire thing…. a plugin would be REALLY great for this.anyone?
