[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] error: It appears Minify URL rewriting is not working.(on apache)

.htaccess is allowed and writable but minify url rewriting is failing. Not sure if this is an actual bug or misconfiguration.

I’m on shared hosting. I hadn’t been using minification before because it always broke my JS. I finally took the time to manually include most of the js scripts for minification/combining, and got my site functional, but of course, since they’re included with the query string, each file adds an extra couple seconds to my site’s load time.

I just updated to the latest release of WP.

I can troubleshoot code if you point me in the right direction.
