Dublin Core in RSS feeds

Apparently, Bloglines and some other aggregators use the dc:creator and/or dc:contributor tags from Dublin Core, but NOT the Author tag. Anyone faced this or working on Dublin Core extensions to the RSS feeds?
UPDATE: Actually, I tracked down some feeds that were working right. The problem is that WP is just putting the author’s name in the <Author> tag, but it also needs to be inside a <name> container within . I fixed wp-rss2.php on my system and it’s working fine now.
