how to have a multi language wpmu network with difrent theme for eache lang

  • hi.
    i want to use my wpmu as multi language site.
    for example english users redirect to this adress:
    mydomain.com/en
    arabic users redirect to this:
    mydomain.com/ar

    or:
    en.mydomain.com
    ar.mydomain.com

    and i want to have difrent theme for each of theme!(rtl theme for arabic and ltr theme for english)

    how can i do this?
