[Plugin: Liveblog] Feature request: Updates with Titles

Updates without headlines make sense if your coverage is atomized, such as Gizmodo’s because the headline and the update would quickly become redundant.
But a headline becomes necessary when your updates are built around thematic areas or are more substantial like The New York Times or The Washington Post.
Could this functionality be accomplished by using add_comment_meta?
