Update – sorry for lousy post
After default installation this is what happens on index page. At the wery top of page in title tag wp_title(); call results in this.
And it says there are no posts too… Categories and all other db queries are ok, except that no posts are found ever.
Currently I don’t have the time to investigate the matter, so maybe, someone here have any idea?
I am using latest version – 1.0-platinium, from /latest link.

even more information: server runs linux, 4.3.? php and mysql database. And previous database was working fine.

I had the same problem and couldn’t even login anymore. I restored my database and putted .72 back. Everything works ok with .72.
The strange thing is that the upgrade works perfect for a lot of people…

After install, I am having problem. When I go to the url, nothing appears (not authorized info) then I type index.php and the login appears; however, in the upper corner a message:
    get_settings: Didn’t find setting comment_allowed_tags
Is there a way to fix this? How?
Also, when I am in the wp-admin section and try to make changes to – for example – profile, after every keyboard stroke a box pops up asking me if I want to debug and there is an error on line 49…this only happens on my windows xp machine, not my win2k.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks,
    Tim

This is just a shot in the dark: Did you run yoursite.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php?
    Craig.

Naturally. Actually it appears that this behavior is connected with the browser used: Internet Explorer works ok, Opera doesn’t, Firebird ok…
A pity after those two hours I spend to make more or less acceptable css ;D

I’ve tried to make this work using IE and Firebird. No luck. Also I tried running upgrade.php…no luck. I’ll try to track down and hack some more…Also, tried to upgrade to 1.01…no luck.

No luck at all for me too.
Same nasty SQL/DB Error using IE5 (win) Firebird-0.7 (linux) but OK with IE6 (win) Mozilla-1.5 (linux).
It seems that if I run WP under https://my-host.com the bug is gone, I get it when I use my subdomain
https://www.my-host.com. I only tried with Firebird-0.7 (linux) though.
