Yes, I have tried manual backup 3 times,and get the same error. Please find the full event log below: Thank you.

Hi Stanusj,

It will finish eventually, or eventually fail. There are server issues between 10pm BST Saturday night and 6pm Sunday due to extremely high server load that we hadn’t anticipated.

We’re installing new equipment in a weeks time. Backups at all other times should work fine.

Thanks Jason. I will keep trying tomorrow. I just tried, and the backup stalled after around 84%…. will update tomorrow or should I wait until your new equipment is installed?
