Where're my Plugin?

I install a plugin and activate it, but now can not find it and I get a notice that “Please activate Create Page plugin.”. I look at the form and tell me that is not installed, I try reinstall but it says already installed. So I want to know what happens. The Plugin is: “Create Page plugin”
