[Theme: Cloudy Blue Sky] Problems With Site Title

The site title displays correctly on my computer in Chrome, IE and Firefox and a couple of other computers. However, I have looked at my blog on two different computers that it does not display correctly. It looks like the letters are transparent with no outlines, so the beam from the sun hides it. When you mouse over the text it turns dark like it is supposed to, but the letters are solid without the effects. What can I do to make it display correctly on all computers?
