NO admin dashboard or bar to wordpress website

I no longer have access to the admin part of my site. I log in and it takes me directly to a page that isn’t even my home page and in all text, like it’s in rich text format. There is no sidebar, no admin bar, no dashboard, nothing that the site first looked like when I first logged in.
I understand I did something but I don’t know what I “shut off”.
My domain host is godaddy, I talked to them and they had me try renaming my plugin folder but that was it. It didn’t work.
