Can't make changes to any theme

For some reason although I can add pages and posts in wordpress I can’t make any changes to any theme. I have tried this on 4 different ones and it seems unable to save – I click on save and then 20 seconds later it asks me to login again…

Any ideas out there?? Would really appreciate it
