CSS not loading after I tried to change URL structure

I played with the URL structure in the Settings part of the admin CP, and now WP loads without CSS like this: https://www.guestvibe.com/wordpress/

It won’t let me back into the panel because it tries to log into the new location I gave it that doesn’t exist. If I try and replace it with the right one, it takes me back to the login page and then I’m going round in circles.
