Including style sheet with my Plugin

  • I created a very basic widget that requires a style sheet.
    I have Googled the issue and tried to reverse engineer from other plugins but no luck.
    I can only get it to work when adding the style to every ul, li, a…. ect. It would be more user friendly if it could load a style sheet.
    I cant believe this is the part I am stuck with. Widget works great just cant get the stupid CSS to load.

    For now, I have been able to add the style inside the plugin file.
    If anyone else has any other ideas please let me know.
