subitting wordpress posting URL to google sitemap for indexing

You don’t need an extension. Google takes WP as is ??

Now i added some new post, can google automatically find it and index it.
Is there any further need to submit its URL as sitemap to google index

If you publish it, Google will find it. You do not need to do anything else.

I’d make a Google Webmaster account, personally, but you don’t have to.

okay, assuming i created a new web site eg. https://example.com
can i submit it to google Webmaster or i will just leave for google to find and index it.
