[Plugin: Simple URLs] Add image URL field

I’d like to request that an image URL field be added.
Right now, there’s a Permalink and Redirect URI field but, without an option to add an image URI, the plugin can’t be used for affiliate links that require a tracking image (generally a transparent, 1×1 pixel gif).
