Changing the url for a page on nav bar

Hello,

Where can I find the code to edit the url of a page on the nav bar? I have looked within my themes files, although I know what I am looking for (see example below)I cannot find where it would be. I am using a theme called energized.

Example: <li class="page_item page-item-7 current_page_item"><a href="https://www.slowfoodcascais.com/">Home</a>

Basically I have created the nav bar, but on the first line I do not want these buttons to link to the pages that have been created (because whenever I put content there people miss it) instead this row will be as a header but all linked to the home page so they dont go anywhere really.

The secondary or child pages will have all the content. Hope that makes sense!

Any suggestions?
