Help to create a download page , on after 5 seconds downloads start

I am running a WordPress Site https://www.filehomes.com for free software download for Windows PC.
Now I want to create a download page.
When users click on download link, a new page should come and after 5 seconds download start.
So please help me to create this. Or Suggest a plugin. I want like this
