Simple Popup Plugin Help – Cannot edit text for popups

I need to edit the copy of three popups that have been created on a website using this plugin: https://www.grimmdude.com/wordpress-simple-popup-plugin/
I can’t find a way to edit the preexisting pages or how to create new pages. How do I change the copy in the popup page? Thanks in advance for you help.
