[Plugin: Edit Flow] Notification: custom header for "pending" is missed, needed badly

Hi!
I’ve notice inside yours code, that there is no handling code branch for setting custom email subject&body in case post is switches to “pending review” state.
Could you fix it? Could I contribute?
