Slider/menu based on user selection

  • Hi,

    I’m currently making a site that requires an events service selection by the user based with options at various levels. Is there any plugin or other way to create this?

    Weddings
    Children’s parties
    Corporate events —- 10-20 people/20-50 people etc. —— budget 1k-5k/5k-8k etc. > email sent to support with details of selections
    (I hope this makes sense!)

    Is there a way I can do this in a slider fashion on one page?
