Bad Bug about my Index.php when I install any plugin Cache!

I have big problem with my homepage (index.php) when I install any plugin Cache: Wp Super Cache, W3 Total Cache…

After deactive Wp Super Cache, W3 Total Cache…everything is ok.How can fix it?
