I wanted to let you know that we fixed the issue with the email notification we experienced with wordpress in general. I am now receiving emails to the admin address whenever a state change is made.

I am continuing to have trouble notifying parties involved in the editing process when changes have been made. I have clicked on their names (they are also in groups)however they are not receiving the emails to notify them of when a change has been made to their article.

    Please help.

What was the fix that was put in place? Is it all users that aren’t receiving notifications, or just some of them?

the only user receiving email notifications is the admin address.

the developer team added in the “email” plugin to our wordpress site as we did not have it functioning before. Now the admin receives emails but the bloggers/contributors do not.

I’d encourage you to ask your developer team to debug further. The same code that sends the admin emails is the code that sends the contributor emails. If the latter is broken for your WordPress install, it’s likely specific to your install and not something I can help with.
