Needs help on Lazy Gallery

I follow the instruction of lazy gallery and upload this plugin, but I got this following 2 messege when I click ‘Lazy Gallery’ in the sidebar link section. The url for this: https://www.mjmorrissey.com/lazy-index.php
I read all the post that regards to the lazy gallery issue in the wp forum, but due to my limited knowledge and experience in these code, I couldn’t solve this problem and needs get help from the forum. Please help me fix this issue and let me start to work on my photograph site. Thank you.
