Which version of WP are you running? And which version of the SEO plugin? Can you post your site URL?

Your fatal errors are not from the the plugin they are from a missing include file, oswc-post-types.php.

If you need to disable a plugin you can rename the plugin folder using ftp. This will deactivate it.

i renamed it via ftp and nothing changed

The missing file is from your theme.

Re install your theme by deleting the entire theme directory ( made ) then reinstall it. Make sure you have a backup if you have changed any of the theme files.

As well as possibly re-uploading a fresh copy of WordPress too, everything except the wp-content directory.
