[Plugin: Quick Chat] Chat not loading, enter and send button not working

  • Hello,

    I’ve tested Quick Chat version 4.01 and is not working in my site. I think it should be something about the javascript code not loading correctly. I even tried to desactive all plugins and it was still not working.

    What I see is both text areas (user and text) and the “ban, transcript..” links above. I don’t see the chat loaded and when I press the send button it makes a carriage return and the text I introduce is not sent.

    I’ve switched to version 3.41 and it works perfectly.

    Would you please help me?
