Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate

Hello. When I try to add pictures with WordPress I get this error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4096 bytes) in /home/novicon/public_html/wp-includes/media.php on line 1025

I′ve googled it and I can′t seem to get it to work in anyway. I′ve tried everything people suggested.

– Changing the php.ini file
– Changing the wp-config.php file
etc.

About my php.ini file is it ment to be completily empty? There is nothing in the file, not a single line of text.

How can I get this to work. I′m starting to get frustrated…
