[Plugin: Membership] level subscription issue

  • Hi,

    I have create four level and four subscription but in membership > Edit Options page in select
    Use membership level
    Use subscription
    are only display in member area but I want to subscription according to my plan but it not displaying and which one select in membership > Edit Options page is only display

    please help me

  • Hi jigararchisys,

    I’m not sure I understand the issue you’re explaining but it sounds like maybe the subscriptions you’ve created are not available in the registration page. Is that the case?

    In case that’s the issue, you’ll want to make sure the Subscriptions you’ve setup are both Activated and Made Public. You’ll also need to make sure at least one of the payment gateways is active as well.
