  • On a brand new install with no other plugins, I get the same problem. It just says, “Sorry, but no tags were found”

    I’m using this shortcode:
    [mctagmap columns="3" hide="yes" num_show="3" more="more ?" toggle="? less" show_empty="yes" name_divider="|" tag_count="yes" exclude="2009, exposition" descriptions="yes" width="170" equal="yes" manual="" basic ="no" basic_heading="no" show_categories="yes"]

When I change show_categories to “no”, the site tags show as is to be expected.

    I’m using Version 11.0.1

I tried Version 11.0 and get the same behavior.

With Version 10.0.1, it works correctly using the same shortcode.

Sorry about that. Missed a few little things in my testing. Please give 11.0.2 a try and let me know if you have anymore issues.

Thanks for taking a look at this. It works great on my test site now!

I’m pretty sure this is resolved.

    Hi TagBucket

I am trying to use your plug in for categories. No matter what version i install and combination of attributes I use in the shortcode I always get
“Sorry, but no tags were found” ??

    Hope you can help soon.

    Cheers
