Nice choice of Gallery images, it fits your concept well. Here are the stuff I would change if it was my site:
1. The logo emblem, above LEADERSHIP BY DESIGN. It looks like a metallurgical processing factory logo to me. I would probably pick a design similar to these, with smoother lines:

5. Change the royal blue sentence colors in the Gallery images to this brown color
