[Plugin: Peter's Login Redirect] 404 not found error when saving settings

Hi,

I’m getting a 404 not found error whenever I save the settings. This happens after I change my blog URL.

The error happens on:

https://BLOGURL/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wplogin_redirect.php

Previously I filled out the login/logout redirect for “all users”. After I change the blog URL, whenever I try to change that setting, it will always lead to 404 error page.

However, all other settings (which I have not modified previously) such as the role specific redirects still works fine.

Is there anywhere I need to go to manually fix this?
