[Plugin: PWA PHP Picasa Web Albums for WordPress] [Plugin: PWA PHP] tag parameter not working

tag parameter is not working on shortcodes
for example
[pwaplusphp album=”Underwater” tag=”day-1″]
on following page
https://www.leiman.fi/?p=1244&page=3
renders nothing. I can get the entire album by leaving the tag parameter out, and the tag “day-1” does exist on many pictures of that album.
I have PWA+PHP pro v0.9.7 on WordPress 3.4.1.
