[Plugin: Networks for WordPress] Replicating Sites – how to?

We have the Networks for WordPress plugin running and have created a network the has 3 sites. In the past on multisite, I’ve used the wp-replicator plugin with much success but it does not appear to work at all under this model. Is there a recommended way (or different plugin) that folks who are using Networks for WordPress can recommend? We basically have a collection of topic related sites that we need to replicate (and then do very minor modifications to) for different geographies.
