• After a lot of hassle and additional coding we got WP E-Cpmmece plugin (Gold version with Members extension) working on our website that sells monthly subscription packages.

However today we discovered the option for PayPal Standard Payments (which we use for recurring payments) has vanished from the live and development site backends WordPress > Settings > Store > Payments tab.

Anyone got any ideas on this? We have contacted PayPal who say everything is well. No-one unauthorised has been in the backend and we have not installed or changed any other plugins or settings. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Quick update. We asked a developer to look into this issue and it was a bug in the WP E-Commerce plugin which the developer sorted for us. If anyone ever needs to know the exact fix I can send them the details.

We did not bother asking GetShopped to look into this as they only seem to respond to support requests on their forums intermittently at best ??

I am having a possible similar problem. My buttons for downloading PDF files shows up on my page, but how to add files to it has disappeared. I would love to look at your fix and see if can shed some light on my problem..
    Thanks

Hi, my issue was with the WordPress backend – the option for PayPal Standard had literally disappeared. It was specifically in the WordPress admin section > Settings > Store > Payments tab.

If your issue us on the front end it will be a different issue. Let me know if it is ‘front’ or ‘back’…!

i dont see it either ??
