Installed no problem and everything was enabled. The like and share icons did not show on the product pages.

However I did not try to update the app id to my own.

Hi, it is optional to set your app id. It will just work after you have activated the plugin.

May i know your url of the product details page? so that i can help u to have a look. Thanks.

One thing I did notice was that it does include the line regarding the facebook buttons via <div class="fb-like" data-send="true" data-layout="button_count" data-width="450" data-show-faces="true"></div>

Hey, mate. i have visited the url u gave me. The page just show me the like and share button under SKU text.

This will be the example buttons:

The line below is the code to display the button “Like” and “Share”:

Thanks heaps, I just checked using a different browser and it works perfect in firefox and internet explorer. Been using Chrome and this is where it isn’t appearing.

I’ll do some digging and find out what the problem is. Let me know if you know the fix. Cheers!

You can update Google Chrome to latest version (21.0.1180.83) by clicking ‘Tools’ icon -> ‘About Google Chrome’. It will solve your problem because it show on mine. Cheers!

Hi, I installed the plugin and nothing appears on my product pages either. I noticed in the code the following:

Should the width and height be changed somewhere?

Hi, Tami. I noticed you have mistakenly replaced the facebook app id (FbShareLike Settings) with your page url (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Warp-Weft/353332931416270). Do empty the field because it is for Facebook Application ID only, not Facebook page url. Try and see, ok.

Thanks Terry. The buttons do show up now. But another little thing. When you click on “like” and the comment/post window pops up it is cut off on the right hand side in line with my content box whereas on other websites I see the comments box floats in front not clipped by the page settings underneath. How can I change those settings? I posted 2 screengrabs as examples so you can see what I mean:
