Please tell me this can be done!

I need a plugin or something that can do the following:

I want to create a form that prompts the admin (myself or another admin) to enter in different bits of information, which will then be used to create a page. So for example, let’s say there is something in the admin panel that says “Events” and then we click “Create new event.” From there, we see different pre-determined fields like:

Event name ____________
Event date ____________
Cost __________________

etc…

Once all that info is filled in and submitted, it creates a page for that event. Hopefully, I’m explaining this correctly! ??

Can anything do this?
