Unable to get a js function to work in wordpress template

  • Hi,

    I have created a wordpress custom template, in that template I am trying to get this function to work:

    Absolute number

    Strangely nothing happens. any idea why please?

    I only want to scroll the page down to that position.
    The correct js library is getting loaded in the header, no problem with that.
