[Plugin: Edit Flow] Some posts not showing on post list page when in Draft

  • My situation:
    – User visits a front end event submission form (The Events Calendar Community addon)
    – New events are saved as a draft
    – User can see list of all events (draft,publishes,etc) in their front end community list.
    – Admin logs into wp-admin and visits the events list page (The Events Calendar)
    – No posts in draft status show when EditFlow is enabled

    What should I be looking for to solve this?

    FYI – by Admin I am referring to an actual site administrator

    Not sure what you will learn from those images. What other info do you need? BTW – I did this with the same user on front and back, that is a site admin.

    Oops, that view on the backend was one that I clicked publish on. Just tried saving one as a draft from wp-admin and it is also not showing in the list

    Do you mean posts or events? If the former, did you delete “draft” as a custom post status? Or do you have any tags or categories that might conflict?

    I mean events. It is a custom post type. However I did just try with a regular post and it did the same thing.

    I think you may have hit it. When looking at the custom statuses I did not see draft. Added it and BOOM, posts/events all show now. I did not realize it removed the draft status if it was not listed.
